Employment Orientation

Tallangatta Health Service offers a comprehensive orientation program for all staff commencing work at THS. Depending on the position there will be a number of supernumerary days where you will be buddied with another staff member.

The Orientation Process 

The orientation process is a team effort between your Manager, Team Leader, colleagues and you.

Induction and orientation is an ongoing process, which can take several months. The program will be developed specifically to meet your needs taking into consideration your relevant work experience and background and the requirements of your position as documented in your position description.
